Chef Profile

Our head chef and part owner, Damien Brown trained in New Zealand and his career has taken him from MG Garage & Luke Mangan’s Salt in Sydney to working on the private yacht to the Grundy family as one of their personal chefs. Then onto London where he worked alongside Ben  O’ Donohue of “Surfing the Menu” fame before arriving  in Perth to work on his own projects.

Damien’s love of fresh produce sees him supporting local producers who provide him with quality ingredients, which he uses to create innovative dishes with clean, fresh flavours
